Colby joined Molinari Oswald LLC as an intern in the summer of 2024 and transitioned to a full-time position at the start of 2025. A proud Lehigh Valley native, he earned his Bachelor of Science in both Accounting and Finance from the University of Tampa.

Robin joined Molinari Oswald LLC in August 2024 as part of the administrative team. She is a graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in Communication.

Melissa joined Molinari Oswald as a full-time staff accountant in July 2024, previously working part-time during the busy season and interning with us in the summer of 2023. Melissa earned her Bachelor's degree from Moravian University in May 2024, where she proudly became a first-generation college graduate.

Darryl joined Molinari Oswald LLC in November 2024. A native of the Lehigh Valley area, he is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and has completed several Master’s level courses.

Nolan interned with Molinari Oswald LLC in the summer of 2021 and started full-time in January 2023. He is a graduate of Bloomsburg University and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting as well as a master’s degree in accounting.

Cheryl joined Molinari Oswald LLC in August of 2022 as part of the administrative team. Previously she worked for many years providing administrative support related to investment and insurance products.

Erin joined Molinari Oswald LLC in fall of 2021 as an Administrative Assistant. She graduated from Kutztown University in December of 2019 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Travis interned with Molinari Oswald LLC in the summer of 2019 and started full-time in August 2020. He is a graduate of King's College and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.

Carl joined Molinari Oswald LLC in 2009 and became a Partner in 2016. He is a graduate of Drexel University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.

Aaron interned with Molinari Oswald LLC in the summer of 2018 and started full-time in August 2019. He is a graduate of Moravian College and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Rachel joined Molinari Oswald LLC as an intern in 2009, and became a partner in January 2020. She is a graduate of Bloomsburg University, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.

Karen joined Molinari Oswald LLC in 2017, but has been working in the accounting industry since 1992. She is a graduate of DeSales University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Prior to co-founding Molinari Oswald LLC in 1999, Fran began his career as a tax specialist in one of the largest accounting firms in the world. He earned his CPA license in 1984 and has spent the past thirty-five years successfully developing his areas of expertise, cultivating relationships, and ultimately building a full-service accounting practice.

Brad joined Molinari Oswald LLC in 2002 and became a Partner in 2012. He is a graduate of Messiah College and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy with a minor in Business Information Systems.

Katie joined Molinari Oswald in November of 2008. She holds a bachelor’s degree from East Stroudsburg University.
