Prior to co-founding Molinari Oswald LLC in 1999, Fran began his career as a tax specialist in one of the largest accounting firms in the world. He earned his CPA license in 1984 and has spent the past thirty-five years successfully developing his areas of expertise, cultivating relationships, and ultimately building a full-service accounting practice. Fran is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting, and a minor in Economics. Fran focuses on tax planning and consulting to individuals and closely held businesses. He also specializes in international business and tax compliance serving US based foreign companies and foreign based US companies. He has/had clients from or in the following countries: Canada, Mexico, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Australia, Israel, UK, to reference a few. He incorporates his expertise in technology to provide Molinari Oswald LLC with state-of-the-art resources and equipment, allowing for exceptional professional services to be delivered to clients. Fran has been an avid member of the chamber of commerce and enjoys helping businesses understand the tax laws and the benefits of doing business. Throughout his career, Fran has been actively involved in many organizations in the Greater Lehigh Valley and Bethlehem communities.

He is a member of the AICPA and the PICPA. Fran is also the well-deserved recipient of the Small Business Administration Regional Accountant Advocate Award. In his free time, Fran enjoys traveling with his wife, Cheri, spending time with his five children, their spouses, three grand children and working with his Belgian Malinois.
