Molinari Oswald LLC is a certified public accounting firm located in Center Valley, Pennsylvania. We provide audit, accounting and tax services as well as business valuations, estate and trust administration and software consulting to a broad range of clients across many industries.
CPA Senior Accountant (5-7 years)
Responsibilities include:
- Preparation and review of income tax returns including individual, partnership, corporate, and exempt organizations
- Recommend tax strategies by researching federal, state, and local taxation issues
- Preparation of compilation, review, and audit engagements
- Engaging regularly with clients and maintaining strong relationships
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of public accounting experience
- CPA license required
- Valuation certification: CVA or equivalent is a plus
- Compilation, Review, and Audit experience across a broad range of industries and organizations
- Broad tax compliance experience including individual and all entity types
- Ability to prioritize workload and execute assignments timely and efficiently
- Strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment
- A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality
- Proven record of growing the business with existing clients and cultivating new clients
- Proficient in software tools including Thomson Reuters’ Suite of Professional Software, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)

2021 Summer Accounting Intern
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing a variety of income tax returns including individual, partnership, corporate, and exempt organization
- Assisting with compilation, review and audit work paper preparation
- Assisting with general accounting and bookkeeping
- Reconciling general ledger accounts
- Learning software applications such as Quickbooks, Ultra Tax, Creative Solutions Professional Suite, and other.
- Complete special projects as needed and other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Must be actively enrolled at an accredited University with a major in Accounting, anticipated graduation in 2022 as a CPA candidate (150 credits), with a current GPA of 3.0 or above
- Strong technical and organizational skills in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment
- A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
Time Commitment:
- Hours of operation are 8:30am-5:00pm Monday thru Friday
- Must be available to work up to 24 hours a week for 6 weeks beginning May-June or July-August
