What Is the Qount Client Portal?

The Qount Client Portal is a secure, cloud-based platform that allows you to communicate with our team, share documents, and stay organized throughout the year.

Instead of relying on email attachments or multiple tools, the portal provides a single, secure location to manage your accounting, tax, and advisory interactions with our firm.

What You Can Do in the Portal?

The Qount Client Portal is designed to simplify communication and keep everything in one place. Through the portal, you can:

  • Upload and download secure documents
  • Review and sign requests from our team
  • Access shared files and financial documents
  • Communicate directly with your CPA team
  • Track requests, tasks, and outstanding items
  • Stay organized throughout tax season and beyond

 

How to Access the Portal?

  1. Click the Client Portal Login button or link provided
  2. Enter your registered email address
  3. Follow the login instructions or use your saved credentials
  4. Access your dashboard to view files, tasks, and messages

 

If this is your first time accessing the portal, you will receive an email invitation with setup instructions.

How to Upload Documents?

Uploading documents through the portal is the most secure and efficient way to share information with our team.

  1. Log into the Qount Client Portal
  2. Navigate to the Documents or Requests section
  3. Select the appropriate request or folder
  4. Click Upload and choose your file(s)
  5. Confirm upload and submit

 

Once uploaded, our team will be notified and can begin reviewing your documents.

How to Complete Requests?

You may receive requests from our team for additional information or documentation.

  • Open the request notification in your dashboard
  • Review the requested items
    Upload documents or provide responses
  • Mark the request as complete when finished

 

This helps keep your engagement moving forward without delays.

The Qount Client Portal is designed with security in mind. All documents and communications are encrypted and stored securely, providing a safer alternative to email for sharing sensitive financial information.
