Colby joined Molinari Oswald LLC as an intern in the summer of 2024 and transitioned to a full-time position at the start of 2025. A proud Lehigh Valley native, he earned his Bachelor of Science in both Accounting and Finance from the University of Tampa. His academic background reflects a strong dedication to mastering accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial analysis. As part of his professional growth, Colby is currently preparing for the CPA exam.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Colby maintains a well-balanced and disciplined lifestyle. He has a passion for following stock market trends and financial news. Colby is also an avid skier and golfer, enjoys playing pickup basketball, and is passionate about reading to continually broaden his knowledge. He values the time he spends with his girlfriend and their dog, balancing his professional ambitions with a fulfilling personal life.
